Two parts, listed separately

Your website consists of two parts. The build is the one-off work: concept, design, implementation, content, legal texts, launch. The operation is everything that follows: hosting, maintenance, updates, data protection and accessibility in day-to-day operation, plus your access to the client portal.

The two belong together.

For property companies

Listing management in detail.

Included in Zemox Betrieb plus:

Test phaseClient portal and listing management are in their test phase. You use them before anyone else and help shape what they become.

Published changes appear on your website within 30 minutes. Greater needs are agreed in text form and billed on a tiered scale.

What Zemox does not take on: entering and maintaining the property details. Zemox is a web studio, not a property administrator. The accuracy and completeness of the details, in particular the mandatory information under the German Building Energy Act (GEG), are your responsibility. The system supports you technically: properties with incomplete mandatory details do not go live, and the portal states which detail is missing.

Worth knowing.

Three points that should be settled before you decide.

Why the operation is part of it.

Your website runs on Zemox infrastructure. Zemox therefore takes technical responsibility for availability, updates and the data protection requirements. Without the operation you get a static page with no maintenance, no editor and no updates. That is possible, but in most cases it makes little sense.

What the price does not include.

Domain fees, image licences and photography, third-party copy, translations, advertising budget.

How to tell whether it pays off.

Zemox Betrieb plus costs from €5,940 per year. Whether that carries for you depends on your business, and you are better placed to do that sum than we are. For a property company with a commission of roughly €13,000 per property brokered, the threshold is one additional deal in two years. Whether you consider that achievable is your call.

Legal notes.

Details on VAT, contract term, price statements and price changes.

VAT
All prices are final prices. Under the small-business rule of §19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is shown.
Term and cancellation
The operation is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time in text form, effective at the end of the month. There is no minimum term. The build is unaffected; it is billed once.
Price statements
All amounts stated are starting prices for the scope described in each case. Additional or differing scope is quoted separately and stated in text form before the order is placed.

Price changes apply to new contracts. Existing agreements remain unaffected.
